Please read the following carefully. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kittow’s Quality Meats. Kittow’s Quality Meats offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. These terms are laid out for you here and form the basis of the agreement for the sale and purchase of goods, you should read these as they affect your rights and liabilities.

ORDERS

Orders made before 10am, will receive next day delivery service. We aim to deliver within a maximum of 2 working days after receiving your order, via a signed-for delivery courier. At times we might require longer particularly during peak gift seasons or if there is a high demand for a particular product - we will contact you by email if this is the case.

Most Deliveries are made with Next Day Delivery service or 2 working days.

The receipt of an order from our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Orders are accepted based on the details you supply for quantities, size and acceptance of suitable method of payment. The description of the goods and some images provided on the web site aim to show a clear representation of the goods.

To cancel an order. You must contact us via telephone on 01726 73005 before 12noon the same working day of the purchase; a refund will then be made.

Returns 

We do not offer any returns after the online purchase has been made unless you have mistakenly made the order then do not sign for the delivery from our courier service we use (FED EX UK) as your shipment will be then returned free of charge and we can refund accordingly to the exact amount.

Refunds

Refunds will be made accordingly if the order has be cancelled after the purchase of the goods or the order has been mistakenly made and is not signed for and returned back to the store through the courrier. (FED EX UK)


DAMAGED DELIVERIES

Please inform us of any damaged deliveries straight away via phone on 01726 73005, due to the goods being perishable, we need to know promptly. Please quote the order number your name and a description of the problem. We cannot accept claims for damages received after 2 days following receipt.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will NOT pass on any personal information or details of your orders to any other companies.
